Shark makes a 5 star vacuum . The only gripe is some have had latch problems as we see on Amazon reviews. But it is a great purchase
All Shark vacuums have the highest rating{5 star}with only a few negative-some have a latch problem and especially when full. I hope Shark has addressed this issue. It is a great machine.
