User reviews and comments
Truly cross-platform, just about any device and operating system is supported. No vendor lock-in like in Google Hangouts (any chance on getting it work in Linux or on Windows Phone?). There are desktop clients for all platforms (hey, Whatsapp!). And it's a lightweight app, unlike Skype.
