We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User-Generated Content or endorse any of the opinions expressed therein.

You agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against us with respect thereto. You acknowledge that any reliance on User-Generated Content will be at your own risk. You can easily report abuse (link on any SocialCompare content) when you see unappropriate content (that do not respect terms of use) on SocialCompare website.

Creative Commons Licenses

All the user-generated content of SocialCompare will be publish to Creative Commons Licenses. By submitting content to SocialCompare website, you agree that the content will be on the following license : Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 France License .

The Creative Commons Licenses do not apply for:

• any content from external resources such as web links
• any content from external resources such as image, music, video... (displayed on SocialCompare from other website sharing community).
• any SocialCompare content having the "Official" mode. These data could come from external companies data. Specific license for this "official" content may be mentionned into the page of the content.

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do any of the following while using SocialCompare:

• to choose a nickname that is obscene, violent, racist or do not comply with applicable laws. SocialCompare can refuse any nickname at its sole discretion.
• to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other SocialCompare users
• to create content, post, publish or transmit any text, graphics, or material that: (I) is false or misleading; (II) is defamatory; (III) invades another’s privacy; (IV) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (V) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group; (VI) infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights; or (VII) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
• to send unsolicited email, junk mail, "spam", chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or services;

We will have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above prohibitions. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms of Use. You acknowledge that we have the right to monitor your access to or use of SocialCompare for operating purposes, to ensure your compliance with these Terms of Use, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body.

Copyright Complaints

SocialCompare respects the intellectual property rights of others. So if you believe that any material on the SocialCompare website infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, please contact us. We will react promptly by removing illegal content.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SocialCompare, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from

SocialCompare website availability should be usually available 24h/24 and 7 days/7, except scheduled or non-scheduled maintenance days or for any urgent or important reason. SocialCompare could not be responsible of any consequence or impact that may occur on other sites that uses SocialCompare services.

Termination

In the event of failure to comply with any of the obligations specified herein, SocialCompare may, without prior notice, close or suspend your account and block access to your private and personal space.

SocialCompare may also initiate legal actions against you. In the event of a claim, complaint or legal action due to the Members’ acts or omissions that directly or indirectly contravene these terms and conditions of use, SocialCompare may pursue the liability of the Member(s) who is the source thereof.

You have been informed, and have declared your agreement, that the information and Content that you put on line will be made available to other Members, who may make use thereof pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of use are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute regarding their construction or departure there from shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
