If Customer Service is important in your decision making then stay away from Elastic Email. Performance is good for periods of time however we've experienced at least six major issues the past two weeks. No one picks up the phone and took over 3 hours to respond to support tickets.
We just completed a comparison of Mandrill and SendGrid here: indiemark.com/...
Ive used Send Grid for mingletrips.com. Works great. We are going to use Amazon SES since we are hosting the next app on EC2. Will give my feedback on SES.
This is an awesome comparison! In fact I researched your review a little and was very happy to know that this review was not paid (one of the vendors mentioned this in quora). I am looking at adding CRM feature in my app agencyplatform.com . The review says "transactional email". But what about "Marketing Emails"? Right now, Mailjet and SendGrid are my favorites.
Awesome service! Blows away the incumbents and has mobile monitoring apps! You MUST try it!
Please stop editing the positioning of your email provider. It is arranged alphabetically at the moment.
Elastic Email is the lowest cost provider on the market and they provide a complete solution at that price. Can't be beat.
It's worth taking a look at JangoSMTP as well: www.jangosmtp.com. We have all of the features mentioned.
Incredible deliverability and customer support!
