Electric bikes provide healthy recreation and economical transport
for a range of riders. Consumer Reports conducted extensive tests
on several e-bike models, evaluating features such as
pedal-assisted power, battery life, riding performance when
pedaling is the sole source of power, weight, etc. Some models can
be bulky; others fold for easy transport and storage. We tested how
well e-bikes handled hills and climbing.
