I use HeyBubble for all my websites. Mydreamdorm.com and tech-over.com. Great UI and really easy integration with Skype gmail... Love it !

This service should be much higher on the list. They provide great info on your customers, and work really well with Adium on the Mac. Top notch customer service as well.

I like the good IM integration (you can quickly see current connected users with the IM statuses which is better than IM messages found in Zopim)
