Solid API, very flexible hook framework with 5 kinds of hooks
Has support for things like ELBs, VPCs, EIPs, ENIs in AWS, but that depth is not present on other public clouds at this point.
Includes support for console access to a couple of the technologies, linked clone support on VMware, management of disks & NICs on existing VMs, installing/uninstalling software using config managers.
~30 minutes to install and configure, < 10 minutes to upgrade
Support for 7 different public cloud providers
Support for vCenter, OpenStack, RHEV, XenServer
