Drupal Commerce does not come by default with all features compared to the other commerce packages.However, it has a lot of additional module to improve it functionality.Also since it is base on Drupal there are a lot of other tool that it has available that the other commerce packages might not have.For example Drupal already offer FAQ,Blogs,Forums different ways to display products,the option to have only one page for specific product category without a sweat .Drupal offers full control on menu on the site from admin interface without the need of a developer.There a lot more to Drupal that I have to say....
