  Have been using 33mail for several months and it works flawlessly. I use it for every site I sign up for, and its allowed me to catch a few sites selling my info to spammers. When they do I shut down that alias, and report the site using Web of Trust.

  "Consulte on a website" these providers allow to create an email address without having you to give them your real address. You consult your disposable email address with the website directly; no email reader.
  
  "forward to an actual email" are more common providers; you give them your real email address and they will forward the email sent to your disposable email.
