I tried applying for BDO Cash Card first since they are the biggest bank in the Philippines as of 2016. It's been 3 weeks since the application process has been finalized and still no embossed card. It's been nothing but frustration, toiling and set back after set back, because the customer service reps don't seem to know what they are doing nor communicate with each other. According to the main csr hotline my account was created the first business day after i applied and its been 21 days and counting since, while waiting for the card to arrive at the branch. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with embossed, settle for the pre-embossed cards they have on hand. One of cash card's most appealing features is that its suppose to be hassle free process but BDO has been anything but hassle free.
