A great comparison work done but I could not understand why the writer has not evaluated the live2support as it is one of the best live chat software. I am personally I am using it and has found its working marvelous. I tried many chats but what I find that its unique feature of Callback option and snap shots are the great value for operator as it helps to give them the targeted solutions to visitor. Moreover once the window created it can be used again and again in many pages where as in other chat software case it was that we have to create the windows again and again. That has saved our lot of time I will request the editor evaluate that product also its available at live2support.com
