There are TONS of Android ROMs out there. This comparison is looking at Galaxy S5 ROMs. It may even be impractical to extend this to all ROMs; though some of the ROMs in the comparison work on multiple devices (e.g. the CyanogenMod ROM).
Note that with high-end devices that have specific functionality, it's pointless to run an AOSP or AOKP ROM, because some of the features will always be broken. A debloated stock ROM is the way to go. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=54285281 for details.
Note that you can always install the Xposed framework and customize many aspects of your Android, without having to flash a ROM.
