  @Garry Huang : the comparison is collaborative so everyone can edit it.. (I think there is no better way to be objective...). Zopim and others already came to update and complete the comparison table... We can not remove our live chat solution to help SocialCompare users for one specific page... (but I understand that it could be confusing).
