Online collaboration is available online and on iOS devices saves you from the hassle of opening the file a different app.
Missing online collaboration (i am told it's coming before the end of the year) other than that, pretty good.
Quite surprised with vBoxxCloud, it takes some time to figure out the best structure but it gives you a lot of control over the cloud and file changes. Besides you can customize the icon, logo and sync folder name.
