  I just discovered a new live chat service called carecoll.com. it's in beta mode right now but looks solid enough, I have started using it since couple of days, has all the features I need and really feels fast and clean.

  www.heybubble.com offers more flexibility, they have a web based app as well as instant messaging push feature. When they go out of the free beta, you should integrate them to this table, plus they are becoming pretty popular.
