Oliver, in terms of a suggest button, we're looking for platforms that don't auto-suggest things, but rather that allow readers to make suggestions to the curator. Thanks though!
Actually, Pearltrees has something very similar to a "suggest" button - the little black mini-pearl that is adjacent to every pearltree will immediately generate a search for "what's related" to the content within any tree - give it a try and you'll see that in many ways it's actually superior to a suggest button.
